Where does it run?

In your own cloud, as containers. You deploy the containers in your own account, in the region and on the network you choose, beside the agents Mirador watches.

What leaves your network?

Nothing reaches Mirador Systems. The analysis Mirador runs on your agents' records calls your own model account, so the only traffic that leaves is traffic your model provider already carries for you. Mirador holds no key to your data.

Who are the sub-processors?

None for self-hosted installs: Mirador Systems processes none of the data Mirador reads.

How do I report a vulnerability?

Write to security@mirador.systems with what you found and the steps to reproduce the problem. Give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before you publish.

What is stored?

Redacted payloads only, in your own database, inside your cloud. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and other identifiers are masked before anything is kept.

What certifications does Mirador hold?

None yet.
